    keine grafische Oberfläche nach neuinstallation

    Hallo,

    ich hatte ein SUSE 15.0 auf einem Touch Industrierechner laufen.
    Nach einem Update lief zwar das Linux (ich konnte mich per SSH einloggen) jedoch kam keine grafische Oberfläche mehr.
    Da ich sowieso neu installieren wollte habe ich ein SuSE 15.1 aufgespielt.

    Die Installation lief reibungslos, trotzdem kommt keine grafische Oberfläche (Linux läuft)
    Ich sehe den Fehler nicht

    Hallo,

    ich möchte keine andere grafische Oberfläche installieren, nur weil einmalig ein Problem mit XFCE auftaucht. KDE wäre dann sowieso meine letzte Wahl ;-)
    XFCE läuft bei mir auf vielen Geräten und ich bin sehr zufrieden.

    Ich denke der "Fehler" ist trivial ... wenn ich auf Framebuffer wechsel, wäre das eine Idee ??

    ich habe alles, soweit möglich, versucht.

    1. Ich kommen auf keine Konsole. Aktueller Zugang nur über ssh

    2.
    update-alternatives --config default-displaymanager
    Ich habe alle Variationen probiert (xdm und console) und jeweils neu gebootet... ohne jegliche Änderung,Reaktion oder Verbesserung.


    Frage: Bei der Installation von SuSE ging die grafische Oberfläche. Mit welcher Art/Software lief dann hier
    die grafische Oberfläche, oder ist das "nur ein" SuSE-Programm, das gar kein X11 bzw. Displaymanager nutzt.

    Was könnte ich noch unternehmen um das Ding zum laufen zu bekommen ?
