    HD mit Parted Magic sichern

    Hallo,

    Ich wollte mit Parted Magic 6.4 (der LiveCD) meine Festplatte Sichern.
    Nach dem ich anfangs mit der "GUI" (ncurse) Probleme hatte (er hat mir immer die USB Platte auf die ich sichern wollte aus gehängt) habe ich das erstellte Commando (wird immer am ende Angezeigt) kopiert um dieses zu verwenden:

    Er sichert damit immer in /home/partimage, deshalb habe ich meine USB Festplatte dort hinein gemounted.
    Er sollte meine Interne gesammte Platte sichern (Alle Partitionen, 5 sind es).
    Also:
    Interne /sda sichenr
    nach /sdb1/...

    Jetzt Fehlt da aber eine Artition so wies aussieht,
    außerdem regt er sich darüber auf, dass es nur mit dd geht,
    aber das habe ich ihm ja auch so gesagt (-q1).

    Weiß wer was schief ging?
    Oder womit ich das komfortabel hinkriege? (vl echte GUI?)

    Auch das kannst Du im Dialog einstellen.

    Du hast 4 Datenpartitionen und ein Swap. Das Swap zu sichern ergibt keinen Sinn, daher sind es nur diese vier.

    Aber gestatte mir bitte die Frage: Was willst Du mit diesem Save bezwecken? Sinnvoll kannst Du ihn nur zum Zurueckspielen ganzer Partitionen verwenden. Fuer eine (taegliche) Datensicherung wuerde ich eher "tar" verwenden.

    Das hat bei mir nicht hin gehauen, Ich habe es vorher gemounted gehabt und dann wars weg.
    Vl ist der Dialog nur nicht benutzerfreundlich genug.

    Ahm. Nein. Es sind alles liebe nette Windows NTFS Partitionen mit zu sichernden Daten. Kein Linux, kein swap.

    Sinnvoll WILL ich ihn auch nur zum zurück spielen von sogar nur der Ganzen Festplatte verwenden.

    Für die (tägliche) Sicherung würde ich auch nicht Parted Magic Live CD starten ...
    Das sollte dann Script gesteuert passieren.

    Hmmm bin mir zwar jetzt nicht sicher, dachte jetzt aber mal, es liegt daran, dass es sich um eine Erweitere Partition mit zwei Logischen handelt.
    Wobei mir die Windows 7 Datenträgerverwaltung dies nicht anzeigt, sondern bei allen Type Dynamisch(?) anzeigt. Das kenne ich gar nicht ....
