USB-Stick funktioniert mit suse 11 nicht mehr

Ich habe auf SUSE 11 aufgerüstet und plötzlich geht mein usb -stick und kartenkeser nicht mehr.
es kommt die fehlermeldung "Die Datei oder der Ordner /media/PKBACK existiert nicht."
Wer kann mir helfen und was ist zu tun

Keine Ahnung, wie das suse-spezifisch gelöst ist. Aber du könntest mal die Ausgaben posten, die

Code:

tail -f /var/log/messages

ausgibt, wenn du einen USB-Stick ansteckst. Dsgl. mit dem Kartenleser.
Mit den Infos sollten wir zumindest erkennen können, (ob) was geht.

Hallo
Ich habe den code in der konsole eingegeben und diese Antword erhalten
tail: „/var/log/messages“ kann nicht zum Lesen geöffnet werden: Keine Berechtigung
tail: Keine Dateien mehr übrig

wie und vo allen wo kann ich das ändern

Hast Du die Befehle als root ausgeführt ?
Funktionieren andere USB-Geräte oder funktioniert USB überhaupt nicht?

es funktioniert nur der USB-Stick und der Kartenleser nicht, die externe festplatte geht ohne schwierigkeiten

Hallo,

ich bekomme mit Suse 11.0 auch manchmal diese Fehlermeldung, wenn ich den Stick über Arbeitsplatz vom Desktop aus öffnen will. Nehme ich den Konqueror aus dem Startenü und öffne dann /media/sd* funktioniert es immer.
