Kein Netz seit Einbau eines neuen Mainboards

Hi Leutz,
ich habe ein Problem, das mich echt aufregt.
Habe vor geraumer Zeit ein neues Mainboard eingebaut ( Asus P5N32 - E SLI )
und schaffe es einfach nicht eine Verbindung zu meinem Router aufzubauen,
geschweige denn ins Internet.
Trotz das ich meiner Meinung nach alles orndnungsgemäß eingerichtet habe, wollen meine
Onboard-LAN Adapter nicht ein einziges Byte übertragen.
Bei Yast habe ich die Netzwerkkarten mit DHCP konfiguriert und auch den LAN-Treiber von der Hersteller CD installiert, auch eine Neuinstallation meines openSuSe 10.2 Linux hat
nichts verändert.
Ich habe auch schon probiert meinen Router anzupingen aber die Konsole hat nur mit

"connect:network unreachable"

geantwortet.Also ich hoffe, dass jemand mir helfen kann und schonmal ein "Danke" im Voraus.

bei "/usr/sbin/hwinfo -netcard" gabs Probleme,
mit der Option "-netcard" hats nicht gefunzt.
Hoffe ihr könnt hiermit etwas anfangen.

Deswegen hatte Rain_maker ja auch nach hwinfo --netcard gefragt (man beachte die zwei Minuszeichen).

Nur nebenbei:
"hats net gefunzt" ist natürlich die klarste und deutlichste Fehlermeldung, deren ein Linuxsystem jemals fähig war :/
Fehlermeldungen bitte in Zukunft exakt und im Wortlaut, mit allem anderen kann man in der Regel nichts anfangen.

Danke für den Tipp MiGo, aber man kann sich ja ab und zu mal verlesen, zudem es
auf meinem Bildschirm echt wie ein Bindestrich aussieht.

Viele User haben keine Probleme damit, manche schon.

So hab jetzt die neue Netzwerkkarte, 5 Minuten der Einbau, 2 Minuten die Konfiguration
und schon hab ich wieder Netz.
