WLAN wird nicht erkannt, Hilfe erwünscht,Suse 10.2

Hallo, da draußen. Ich will es noch mal versuchen meinen unten genannten Laptop über die fest eingebaute WLAN-Karte ins Netz zu kriegen. Ich habe nach dem gescheiterten Versuch,siehe 09.01.07, 20:59 "WLAN wird nicht erkannt, Hilfe erwünscht", SUSE 10.2 soweit erfolgreich installiert als das die Netzwerkkarte autom. von Yast erkannt wird. Auch der KNetworkManager erkennt die Karte, nur findet er das/ kein WLAN-Netzwerk nicht und bleibt bei 29 % Geräterkennung stehen.
Folgende Frage habe ich, trotz dem Lesen einiger Beiträge, grundsätzlich:
1. Muß das Netzwerkkabel grundsätzlich getrennt sein wenn ich die WLAN-Verbindung
starten will??
2. Wenn ich wahrscheinlich doch über Ndiswrapper gehen muß: was muss ich vorher wo
löschen?

Ja, ich kann dir aber keine Details mehr nennen. Ich hab getippt, geshellt und mal eben so neu gestartet: da ging es. Ist keine Anwort auf deine Frage. ich weiß . Sorry.
