    Es geht mir nur darum irgendwie ein Bild o.ä. durch TV-Out zu kriegen

    Die Karte ist ne nvidia geforce fx5500 mit den neusten nvidia-treibern für amd64

    Der TV-Ausgang ist ein s-video ausgang und ist über einen s-video c-inch converterkabel über irgend ne tv-karte an nen anderen rechner verbunden.
    In 'tvtime' erhalte ich kein Bild (es bleibt blau), wenn ich "v4l setinput Composite1" mache.

    Ich habe das nvidia-modul auch schon neu geladen, hat nix gebracht (neustarten kann ich den rechner im moment nicht)
    Den X-Server hab ich jeweils mit /etc/init.d/gdm restart neu gestartet.

    Ist die config bzgl. tv-out betrieb einwandfrei?
    Vorschläge?

    bis auf, dass ich nach dem howto X manuell starten muss, ist es nicht wirklich anders.
    Und wenn ich X direkt starte auf screen1, dann kommt das:

    verstehen tu ich es nicht. Kommt mir auch redundant vor, dass man in der Device Section sowas wie "Screen 0" angibt, da das die Screen-Section ja selbst macht. Wieso ist das so? Ist das überhaupt logisch?

    edit: so nun geht das: "X -screen screen1" bzw. es gibt keine fehlermeldung mehr beim start
    Ich habe in der device section die Screen Einträge herausgenommen, weil ich nicht einsehen kann wozu sie gut sind, aber ich habe noch immer kein Bild auf dem TV-Out.
