    Mandrake 10.0 - Neustart unmöglich

    Hi,

    immer wenn ich das System über KDE Neustarten will hängt es sich auf, Runterfahren geht problemlos.

    Woran kann das liegen?

    Fehlermeldungen? Was sagt die Konsole bei 'reboot' ? Und was steht, nachdem du über KDE heruntergefahren hast, in /var/syslog ?

    Also wenn ich runterfahre geht er im detailierten Modus bis unmounting md devices oder so, nachdem das dateisystem ausgehängt wird, also als letzte Meldung bleibt Restarting System dann hängt er sich auf. Davor keine Fehlermeldung soweit ich das beurteilen kann.

    Reboot über Konsole probier ich jetzt, hatte ich missverstanden.

    Über Konsole auch kein Erfolg.

    Letzte Message ist genauer, md devices werden gestoppt md0 auf read only gesetzt dann Restarting System, dann hängt er sich auf.

    Davor Dateisystem aushängen, proc file system aushängen oder so....

    Bin wie gesagt absoluter Frischling, aber im Log ist kein error bezüglich des Neustarts oder? Sieht für mich so aus als würde er laut log zumindest neustarten...

    Hi,

    kann da niemand was zu sagen? Werde jetzt zwar Ubuntu instalieren aber was hier schiefgelaufen ist würde mich trotzdem mal intressieren da ich zusätzlich haufenweise anderer seltsamer Probleme habe.

    Beispielsweise: Datei-/ Ordnergrößen werden fast durchgehend falsch angezeigt, habe Lilo so eingestellt das es im Textmodus booten soll - es erscheint aber weiterhin die grafische Oberfläche...fällt mir jetzt momentan nicht mehr ein, da waren aber noch einige andere Dinge.
