transcode-problem auf fedora 3 64bit

ich bekomme nachstehende fehlermeldung wenn ich von tv aufnehmen will.
das skript sollte in ordnung sein, läuft schön seit längerem auf meinem alten rechner (fc2, i386)

xawtv, mplayer, transcode & co. habe ich aus den resps von freshrpms und dag wieers bezogen. (größtenteils x86_64-pakete.

Zieh dir mal das src-rpm und schaue dir mal in dem spec-file an, was alles "disabled" wird. Einige Sachen lassen sich (noch) nicht bzw. nur mit Klimmzügen auf einem x86_64 kompilieren und werden dann häufig einfach weggelassen.

kannst du das bitte näher erklären. das mit dem spec-file verteh' ich nämlich nicht.

Das Spec-File ist sozusagen das "Kochrezept" zum bauen von rpm's. Diese Datei befindet sich immer in einem src-rpm, damit man daraus ein Binary-rpm bauen kann.

Transcode is a linux text-console utility for video stream processing.
Decoding and encoding is done by loading modules that are responsible for
feeding transcode with raw video/audio streams (import modules) and
encoding the frames (export modules). It supports elementary video and
audio frame transformations, including de-interlacing or fast resizing of
video frames and loading of external filters.

und wie bekomme ich daraus ein neues rpm?

was du ändern mußt, sehe ich so aber auch nicht...

Habe das gleiche Problem. Keine Ahnung wie weiter.

Mein Problem ist gelöst. Und zwar nach der Installation eines transcode 0.6.12 - Packetes. Da ich nicht mehr weiss, woher ich das Paket habe, steht es jetzt auf meinem Server. Wenn was nicht in Ordnung ist, einfach kontaktieren.
