Capi funzt nich bei Suse 9.2

Hab mal wieder ein Problem. Habe mir gestern Suse 9.2 installiert. War auch soweit eigentlich sehr angetan weil mein Mausrad direkt von Anfang an funktionierte und sogar die Nvidia Treiber konnten erfolgreich über YOU installiert werden.
Bis ich dann irgendwann feststellen musste daß den ganzen Tag mein Telefon besetzt war. Hab dann mal mein ISDN kontrolliert. Laut Yast ist capi4linux und auch die avmcapi installiert.
Capiinfo sagt mir aber: capi not installed - No such device or adress (6)
Kann mir jemand helfen?

hast du geschaut ob überhaupt deine /dev/capi* gerätedateien da sind bzw. ob du passende rechte dazu hast?

Also unter /dev/ sind jede Menge capi* dateien, aber der Ordner dev/capi/ ist leer. Ist das normal?

Ich hatte den AVM-Treiber als rpm installiert. Hat dann wohl nich richtig geklappt. Hab jetzt nochmal versucht in der Konsole zu installieren. Da kommt dann nur das bei raus

bei diesen dummen usb-dingern kann ich dir leider auch nix dazu sagen, da hab ich keine ahnung davon ;-(

aber du kannst anscheinend ein problem beim erzeugen deines kernel modules.

Ich nutze Linux nun auch schon seit der 8.0 Version und hatte noch nie diese Probleme aber das Problem mit den Capi kann ich auch bestätigen.
Wollte vorhin den Faxserver hier in Betrieb nehmen, und klapperte auch alles bis auf den Capi der nicht da sein soll, obwohl Yast ihn erfolgreich installiert hat. Und normalerweise kann man da ja nun nicht viel falsch machen (oder?).
Nunja, Faxserver ohne Capi ist ja nun wie Auto ohne Räder. Irgendwie mist

Ich habe hier im Forum schon gelesen das jemand dieses Problem hat und in der Meinung ist, das es mit OpenOffice zusammenhängt.

ich hab auch eine fritz card pci. aber bei mir hab ich debian - bin kein freund von suse, genauso wie usb (ausser massenspeicher).
hat alles bestens geklapt, internet geht, fax senden und empfangen geht wunderbar.

Was udev genau ist weiß ich nicht, aber nur soviel es wird beim Booten udev gestartet.

Zum 2ten Punkt , da kommt folgendes raus:

PS: Es handelt sich nicht um die PCI Version sondern um die Classic .
IRQ und E/A habe ich überprüft und angepasst, sollte somit funktionieren.
Ich bin schon am überlegen ob ich die pci Karte aus dem 2ten Rechner dort einbaue ???

Das Device ist OK, es dürfte also nicht an udev liegen.
Sind alle erforderlichen Module geladen? Irgendwelche
(Fehler-)Meldungen im Logfile?

Also ich hatte jetzt zwischenzeitlich mal alles neu installiert und direkt nach dem Einrichten klappt alles normal. Wenn ich aber dann über YOU ein Kernel Update mache wird wieder alles zerschossen und ich bekomm die ISDN-Treiber auch nich neu installiert bzw. kompiliert .... Immer die schon oben beschriebene Fehlermeldung....
