Also chmod +x <Skriptname>, es geht eigentlich.
Wie sieht denn das Skript aus?

habs ausführbar gemacht rox startet und schließt sich gleich wieder.
hier das script:
wenn ich es manuell starte geht es ohne probleme....#!/bin/sh
rox --pinboard=1
