NVIDIA + 3D-Beschleunigung für Dummies

Hallo,
ich gehöre jetzt auch zu den Nvidia-Geplagten. Bei mir hat das jahrelang geklappt. Aber seit Gestern nicht mehr.
Ich bin Debianer und ziehe mir die Kernel-Quellen direkt bei kernel.org. Entpacke diese in "/usr/src/" und erzeuge einen link auf die aktuellen Quellen

/usr/src/linux  -> /usr/src/linux-2.6.12...

Dann rufe ich das Nvidia-Skript/Archiv auf und dieses erstellt mir dann das Modul, hat bisher immer geklappt.
Aber Gestern habe ich diesen Dump bekommen: ( ist natürlich nicht ganz vollständig )

Was habe ich falsch gemacht?
Wie sieht das aus mit dem nvidiafb-Modul, das dem Kernel beiliegt? Beissen die sich nicht?
