SuSE 9.1 - Konfiguration der Netzwerkkarte beim nächsten Boot nicht mehr gültig
Ich gehe mit SuSE 9.1 Prof. und dem All-In-One-Router (WLAN-Router, ADSL-Modem, 4-Port Switch, Firewall) Netgear DG834GB ins Internet. Im Gegensatz zu vielen Anderen hier im Forum habe ich auch kein Problem mit der Verbindung zwischen Netzwerkkarte und dem Router. Nur wenn ich nach den Netzwerkkarteneinstellungen in YAST den PC neu boote, bekomme ich weder eine Verbindung zum Internet noch zum Router-Setup direkt (durch Eingabe der 192.168.0.1 im Browser). Erst nachdem ich wieder YAST aufgerufen und mich bis zum "Beenden" durchgeklickt habe funktioniert es wieder. Ich ändere dabei noch nicht mal etwas. Es scheint, dass einfach der erneute Start dieser Einstellungen reicht.
Während des Bootvorgangs "huschen" auch Meldungen der Netzwerkkarte und der DHCP-Zuweisung an mir vorbei, sodass ich annahmt, dass es eigentlich klappen müsste. Die Meldungen der Logfiles kann ich Euch jetzt jedoch nicht liefern, weil ich nicht an meinen Heim-PC sitze. Das müsste ich nachholen.
Kennt jemand das Problem? Unter Windows XP klappt alles reibungslos bei mir.

Ich habe mal im "Kofler", 7. Ausgabe geblättert:
Folgendes Init-V-Script muss ich als Root in der Konsole Neustarten. Danach habe ich Verbindung zum Router und Internet. Kann mir jemand sagen warum das so ist und wie ich das automatisieren kann? Ich will doch nicht immer nach jedem Bootvorgang das Script oder YAST Neustarten. :ugly:
