Hi!
Wenn ich versuche mit xine eine Videodatei mit AC3 Codec abzuspielen, dann kommt ein Fehler, dieser Codec sei nicht installiert. Ich habe eine SB Audigy Player und die emu10k1 Treiber installiert! Mit lsmod finden sich folgende Module: emu10k1, ac97codec und soundcore emu10k1! Meine emu10k1.conf sieht folgendermassen aus:

Ach ja, ne kleine andere Frage: Ist es möglich in CS oder auch in anderen Spielen EAX zu nutzen? Also dass der Sound von hinten kommt, wenn jemand hinter mir läuft bzw. schiesst, und nicht wie jetzt aus allen 5 Boxen gleichzeitig?
Hat irgendjemand vielleicht nen Tip???
