Changes: Hebrew and Lithuanian translations were added and the Polish and Korean translation was updated. Right-to-left languages are now supported. The text tool now supports UTF-8 and $OUTPUT_CHARSET is set for Japanese locales. A translated stamp sound bug was fixed, and the man page sources were restructured. Problems with UTF-8 word-wrapping, missing fonts, and locale fallback were fixed. A set of square brushes and a "--nostamps" option were added. MAX_FILES was increased from 256 to 2048.
