Debian installations Probleme

Hallo,
ich wollte auf meinem router (Debian woody) emacs installieren.
dpkg bricht aber mit dieser Fehlermeldung ab:

Hi,

irgendwie hats das emacsen-common Paket nicht geschafft dieses File in /etc anzulegen. mach mal ein apt-get install --reinstall emacsen-common und dann ein apt-get -f install, vielleicht hilfts ja.

(ich verwende den Emacs nicht, ist also alles nur Spekulation)

hat leider auch nicht funktioniert :(

ich habe auch schon probiert von meinem anderen System die /etc/emacs/ zu kopieren.
Dann bekomme ich eine andere Fehlermeldung, es funktioniert aber immer noch nicht:
