kann mir bitte jemand sagen, worin liegt der Unterschied zwischen umask und dmask ?

Ich behaupte jetzt mal, sowas gibt's nicht.

Tja mein Debian System sagt das gleiche (mount-2.11n) :D

Aber hier ein Auszug aus der man zu mount-2.11y:

Hm.. tut mir leid, Jungs. Ich hab's echt sogar zweimal versucht und nichts gefunden.
Eben gings. Mein Fehler...

das problem was ich habe ist, das ich nicht als Benutzer meine freigegebenen Verzeichnisse mounten kann - das klappt nur wenn ich vorher in der Befehls-Konsole mit su die Freigaben mounte und dann erst kann ich ob nun vom Desctop per Icon oder im KDiskFree -Verzeichnisse mounten.


Diese Fehlermeldung erhalte ich wenn ich nur mit dem Icon oder per KDiskFree mounte:

>Laufwerk konnte nicht eingebunden werden.

smbmnt must be installed suid root for direct user mounts (500,500)

smbmnt failed:1<



Ich finde einfach nicht den Fehler.

Ich hab den Eindruck, das man mir nicht helfen will oder kann.
