Changes: In this release there is v8 full protocol support, chats and files can now be sent through server, the SMS support has been improved, there is full server-side lists support, the urgent and to-list flags were corrected, multi-party chats are working again, there is a new feature to identify other clients, there is a fix for the problem with official clients trying to connect directly to a firewalled Licq that couldn't receive direct connections, various memory leaks and race conditions were fixed, and there are many bugfixes.
