* audio stereo to mono down-sampling available with option "-E"
* new option "--no_bitreservoir" for lame audio export
* updates for new libpostprocess API
* new option "--avi_limit" for automatical export file splitting
* bbmpeg nasm fixes for gcc-3.x
* new YUV/XV-only preview "-J pv" with limited key navigation
