Hallo,

Samba spinnt seit kurzem ständig herum. Ich habe ein Verzeichnis freigegeben und dieses als Netzlaufwerk bei meinem Windowscomputer eingerichtet. Der Zugriff und das Schreiben auf diesem Laufwerk funktioniert. Doch manchmal (in letzter Zeit öfter ) verwährt er mit den Zugriff. Nach einem Neustart von Samba funzt es wieder.
Was könnte da los sein ? Meine Configuration:

Kann es sein, dass sich schlicht und ergreifend der daemon aufhängt?

Was steht denn in den Logfiles?

Das sieht aber nach mehreren Fehlern im smbd und am Filesystem aus.

Punkt 1: smbd neu installieren, gegebenenfalls selber kompilieren
Punkt 2: Filesystem überprüfen mit fsck

Hallo, ich habe Samba selbst mit den Standartoptionen kompiliert. Leider bin ich noch nicht so der LinuxProfi und bin froh wenn das kompilieren so halbwegs klappt. Deshalb wüsste ichauch nicht was ich noch anders machen könnte. Was das filesystem betrifft habe ich einfach einmal das Kommando fsck wie gesagt ausprobiert. Er gibt mir jetzt aus "Parallelizing fsck version 1.19a (13-Jul-2000)".

Ich habe SuSE Linux 7.2.
