Auf dem Linux Rechner den ich meinen Eltern hingestellt habe möchte ich nun auch ein VNC reverse connect einrichten (analog zu dem hier): http://www.linuxforen.de/forums/showthread.php?265131-Howto-Windows-Fernsteuerung-durch-einen-Linux-Rechner-reverse-connect&highlight=vnc+reverse+connect

Dieses Mal wollte ich das Ganze aber über einen ssh Tunnel verschlüsseln, also so wie hier erklärt: http://www.cyberciti.biz/tips/tunneling-vnc-connections-over-ssh-howto.html


Allerdings blicke ich es nicht ganz.

Der Laptop (Opensuse 13.2) soll sich mit dem Desktop (OpenSuse 13.1) per ssh Tunnel verbinden.

Dazu habe ich auf dem Desktop mit ssh-keygen -t rsa ein public / private pair erzeugt, dieses auf den Laptop kopiert, außerdem habe ich den .pub Key (auf dem Desktop) in /etc/ssh an ssh_host_rsa_key.pub angehängt.

Dann einen sysctl restart sshd.service


Firewall ist zum Testen ausgeschaltet.

Public und private key habe ich auf dem Laptop von dem aus der Tunnel aufgehen soll ins lokale Nutzerverzeichnis (ins Unterverzeichnis .ssh) kopiert.

wenn ich jetzt aber versuche auf dem Laptop per
ssh -L (meinPort):localhost:(MeinPort) -N -l (IP des servers)
zu verbinden erhalte ich "connection refused at port 22", obwohl die Firewall aus ist und obwohl ich den sshd konfiguriert haben auf "MeinPort" zu lauschen.

Zwei Beobachtungen:

reicht es die beiden private und public IDs lokal im .ssh Verzeichnis zu lagern wenn man als user einen ssh Tunnel öffnen will?

Im PUB Key file steht "user@PC Bezeichnung", die ssh Verbindung versuche ich aber über die IP. Müsste das nicht kollidieren ?

Ich fürchte fürs erste werde ich die VNC doch noch unverschlüsselt öffnen, aber ein paar Tipps für die Zukunft wären nicht schlecht.

Danke, habe aber erstmal noch ein viel fundamentaleres Problem: ich schaffe mit tigervnc nicht einmal so eine Verbindung, geschweige denn reverse connect ... ich mache erst mal da einen eigenen Thread auf.
