phpMyAdmin, mysql Login Klappt nur mit zuletzt angelegtem User

Guten Tag.
Ich habe wider mal ein Problem das mich noch in den Wahnsinn Treibt :D
Bei mir läuft Mysql5 PHP5 Apache2 unter Gentoo jetzt wollte ich phpMyAdmin installieren aber es funktioniert einfach nicht ich kann mich immer nur mit dem User anmelden den ich zu lätz in mysql erstellt habe, wen ich mich über die Konsole anmelde kann ich mich mit jedem User anmelden und ich hab keinen blassen Schimmer an was das liegen kann.

Das Dachte ich mir auch schon hab es aber von 3 unterschiedlichen Rechnern versucht bei denen 100% Coockis Akzeptiert werden hab es auch mit http log in versucht da ist genau das selbe wen ich einen neuen User anlege kann er sich einloggen nur alle anderen nicht ^^

Nein root kann sich ja auch nicht über phpMyAdmin Anmelden und der hat ja fon anfang an alle rechte gehe ich jetzt mal sehr stark dafon aus. Auserdem wen das das Problem were dan hätten die Benutzer ja nach dem anlegen die passenden Rechte bis ich einen neuen Benutzer anlege ??

Ok jetzt hab ich den Fehler.
Oder besser gesagt ich es geht jetzt so halb :D
Ich hab einen neuen Benutzer über die konsole hinzugefügt und habe das @'localhost' durch @'127.0.0.1' getauscht jetzt könne sich schon mal die benutzer die ich neu hinzufüge einlogen aber root kan das eben immer noch nicht
