Videos mit mp4a kein Ton nur Bild.

Hallo zusammen

Der Threadtitel sagt eigentlich schon alle bekomme nur Bild und keinen Ton.
VLC meldet in der Konsole:

[0x9e1a874] qt4 interface error: Unable to load extensions module
[0xaf001da4] main decoder error: no suitable decoder module for fourcc `mp4a'. VLC probably does not support this sound or video format.
Im Fenster:

Kein passendes Decodierungsmodul:
VLC unterstützt das Audio- oder Videoformat "mp4a" nicht. Leider können Sie daran nichts ändern.
file:

ISO Media, MPEG v4 system, version 2
oder auch vom Iphone:

ISO Media, Apple QuickTime movie

Jemand eine Idee woran es liegen könnte?!

Also in xine konnte ich es jetzt lösen mit dem installieren von xine-faad und libquicktime-faad aber nur was das mp4 angeht. das Quicktime Movie vom Iphone ist weiterhin ein Stummfilm in xine.

Dafür tuts vlc nun aus dem PLF Sourcen mit vlc-plugin-faad.
Also gelöst.
