Jack-Rack startet nicht

Hallo,
Ich habe per aptitude jack-rack installiert, das lässt sich jetzt aber nicht starten. Im Terminal steht folgendes:

Jemand ne Ahnung was man da machen könnte?

Fehlt da noch ein Hintergrund-Daemon, der da laufen muß ?
Da will sich ja wer mit jemanden verbinden, der wohl nicht da ist oder nicht gestartet wurde.
