Das schaut aus wie wenn der leere NS Abfragen durchführt, aber was hat das für einen Sinn?

mein English ist nicht so gut, aber soweit ich das verstanden habe, wird mein NS gefragt ob er fähig ist teil einer DDos Attacke zu werden?
