smartd-Benachrichtigungs-eMail ohne IPv6

Hallo,

smartd hat mir bis vor Kurzem eMails im Fehlerfall gesendet. Nun habe ich aus Performance-Gründen (firefox) IPv6 deaktiviert.

Leider bekomme ich aber nun keine Benachrichtigungen mehr.

Gebe ich in der smartd.conf einen anderern MTA ein, mit
"-M exec /usr/sbin/sendmail" oder "...postfix", so erhalte ich beim Test mit "smartd -q onecheck" statt der eMail eine Fehlermeldung:

Warning via /usr/sbin/postfix to ws@fishes.de produced unexpected output (29 bytes) to STDOUT/STDERR:
postfix: invalid option -- s
---
...entsprechend mit sendmail

Was kann ich tun?

Gem. Dokumentation ist das ja /usr/bin/mail standardmäßig.
Die Fehlermeldung ist dementsprechend auch:

Was steht denn in der /etc/postfix/main.cf bei inet_interfaces?
Vllt. noch inet_interfaces = 127.0.0.1 ::1?

Das ist eine IPV6 Angabe ... wenn Du aber IPV6 deaktiviert hast, wird das nichts ;)
Ändere es bspw. in:
inet_interfaces = 127.0.0.1
oder, um erst einmal zu schauen ob dies wirklich der Grund ist, in: inet_interfaces = all

Anschließend postfix neu starten, und nochmals versuchen eine Email zu versenden.

mit "inet_interfaces = 127.0.0.1 geändert
- alles läuft wieder

(War mir gar nicht klar, dass postfix aktiv ist)

Das da würde mir viel mehr sorgen machen :)

ja und nein!
Das ist seit langer Zeit (2 Jahre) immer die gleiche Fehlermeldung.
In nächster Zeit (bevor ich suse update) werde ich die Platte freiräumen und versuchen mit den seagate-tools zu bearbeiten.

Mir ist nicht genau klar, was diese Fehlermeldung letztendlich bedeutet. Wird der Sektor beschrieben oder nicht.
