Hallo zusammen,
ich habe mir ein SUSE Linux SLES10 installiert und den SAMBA Server gestartet.
Ich habe im Yast mir eine Freigabe definiert und unter der Console einen SMB User.
Mit meinem WinXP Notebook sehe ich auch den Linux Server im Netzwerk genau so wie die Freigabe. Klicke ich auf die Freigabe, möchte Windows einen Benutzernamen und Kennwort von mir.
Gebe ich nun den User und das Kennwort ein welches ich mir vorher als SMB User definiert habe, bekomme ich trotzdem keinen Zugriff auf die Samba Freigabe.
Welche Einstellung habe ich vergessen mir hier im Forum herauszusuchen ???
Poste doch mal bitte deine Samba Konfiguration.

ALT-F2, konsole eingeben.
cat /etc/samba/smb.conf
inwiefern hast du den smb user erstellt?
smbpasswd vergessen?

[U]Ach so ja, noch eines. Die Freigabe auf die Zugriff geährt werden soll ist nur die "joomla" und die "srv_www" Freigabe.

sind denn ACLs aktiv/konfiguriert?

Wie sehen denn die Filesystem Berechtigungen aus? Mach doch mal ein ls -l auf den Freigabeort.
