Hallo,
ich habe viel Beiträge hier im Forum bezüglich hohem load gelesen, auch bei google habe ich einige Themen darüber gefunden, nur leider konnten die mir auch nicht so recht helfen.
Ich habe hier ein rießen Server steht, nur leider verursacht die Kiste mir Tag für Tag Kopfschmerzen. Der Server soll an sich nicht viel machen, nur Kleinigkeiten. Darauf sind folgende sachen installiert:
Apache2 Prefork
Tomcat
SVN
Jboss
vsftpd
jdk
MySQL
Auf dem Apache sind einige Module installiert:
actions alias auth_basic authn_file authz_host authz_groupfile authz_default authz_user authn_dbm autoindex cgi dir env expires include log_config mime negotiation setenvif ssl suexec userdir status dav dav_fs dav_svn authz_svn ldap authnz_ldap jk proxy php5
Der Tomcat hat einige Applikationen wie Hudson installiert und JBoss ist nur ein Deployment Server.
Als Kernel läuft
Ich habe bereits paar Server genauso Konfiguriert die sehr selten ein load über 1,5 hatten, nur der Server bringt mich um. Der hier hat ein Load von 20,30 oder 50. Bei solchen hohen loads kann man zwar die Seiten ansurfen, die aber sehr langsam aufgebaut werden aber einige Dienste wie FTP funktionieren dann überhaupt nicht mehr.
