USB-Headset

Hallo zusammen,

ich versuche seit einiger Zeit mein USB-Headset von Logitech unter kubuntu zum laufen zu bringen. Leider ohne Erfolg. Als Linux-Neuling habe ich bereits im Mixer versch. Einstellungen probiert, sowie unter Systemeinstellungen/Sound-System auf ALSA umgestellt. Es muss doch irgendwo die Möglichkeit geben, zwischen Headset und Lautsprechern umzuschalten. Wäre super, wenn mir hier jemand weiterhelfen könnte.

Mit dem Befehl 'modprobe snd_usb_audio' wird das USB Sounddevice geladen. Mit einen Mixer deiner Wahl kannst du dieses dann Steuern.

Mit lsmod, in der Konsole eingegeben, kannst du sehen ob das Modul geladen wurde.

wenn ich lsmod in die Konsole eingebe, sehe ich ziemlich viel, aber nicht ob das Modul "USB-Headset" geladen wurde. Die meisten der hier aufgeführten Module sind für mich nicht mit dem Logitech Headset in Verbindung zu bringen, geschweigedenn verstehbar:

Okay, das Device snd_usb_audio ist nun geladen.
Jetzt stöpselst du dein Headset an, startest ein Mixer-Programm, z.B. alsamixer auf der Konsole oder kmix unter KDE und wählst das USB-Device als Gerät aus. Nun kannst du z.B. mit Amarok Musik hören.
Wenn du nun noch den Line-in Regler des Mixers aufdrehst kanst du auch noch mitsingen.

Danke, ich kann jetzt in kmix tatsächlich das Logitech USB Headset auswählen (was ich vorher gar nicht sah). Leider funktioniert es aber trotzdem nicht. Es kommt weiterhin kein Ton aus dem headset, trotz Umstellung der Speaker-Regler in kmix.

Wenn ich den Lautstärkeregler des Headsets verstelle, ändert sich die Lautstärke an den Notebook-Boxen. Das Headset bleibt tot.

Achja, und wenn ich kmix beende und anschließend neu starte, muss ich feststellen, dass die geänderten Einstellungen nicht gespeichert wurden.

Ich kann in kmix das Headset auswählen, aber es kommt weiterhin nur Ton aus den Notebook-Boxen. Wenn ich dann kmix neu starte, sind wieder die Notebook-Boxen akteviert (und nicht das Headset). :(
