Mit VirtualBox lassen sich VirtualMaschinen erstellen zum ersten Kennenlernen.
Nicht alle funktionieren, aber sehr viele doch, zB WindowsXP.

Wie gut funktioniert QNX damit?

Irgendwie haben wohl alle VMs (Qemu, VirtualBox,...), ausser VirtualPC (nicht von mir probiert), probleme mit QNX, oder bieten für QNX ungeeignete virtuelle Hardware.

Probier es doch einfach mal aus, Installation geht flott.
