Kein Sound unter Suse 11

Hallo zusammen,

bin ein absoluter Linux Neuling und hab wieder ein Problem :(

Ich habe keinen Sound unter Yast und Sound steht:
XP SB4x0 High Definition Audio Controller
Als Soundkarte Nummer 0 konfiguriert
Treiber snd-hda-intel

wenn ich dann auf bearbeiten und weiter klicke kommt die Fehlermeldung neustart des soundsystems fehlgeschlagen überprüfen sie die Option des Treibers???

Was mache ich da?

soweit habe ich alles am Laufen nur der tON fehlt, habe Alsa instaliert, alle player zeigen eine tonspur nur kommt nix aus den Boxen, wer kann Helfen, ^^ BITTE

installier dir den gnome-alsamixer und guck mal was da geht.
