ASUS WL500G Premium Mit OPENWRT

Hallo Leute

Bin ein Newbie.

Habe folgende Problemstellung.

Netzwerk 1 ist ein Asus WL500G Premium mit originalsoftware. Wlan Gnaz Normal Aktiv als Acess Point mit WPA Verschlüsselung und ADSL Modem Dran.

Jetzt Hab ich noch einen ASUS WL500G Premium mit OpenWRT und XWRT bei mir Stehen.

Internet funktioniert auch aber nur über Kabelverbindung.

Wie muss ich dass Wlan Configurieren damit es auch übers W-Lan Funktioniert.
Kann man die Ausgangsleistung des Wlans Irgendwie Erhöhen??

Bitte Um Hilfe bin am Verzweifeln.

Wenn ich es richtig in Erinnerung habe, kannst Du unter openwrt die Konfigurationswerte des Routers über "nvram" anzeigen (nvram show) oder verändern (nvram set).

Sollen Konfigurationsänderungen einen Neustart des Routers überleben, braucht es noch einen (nvram commit).

So lief das zumindest mit Openwrt auf meinem WRT54g von Linksys.

Bei den Konfigurationswerten sollte sich auch etwas zu der WLAN-Sendeleistung finden lassen, sofern der Router es erlaubt, dass an diesen Einstellungen gedreht werden darf.

Wobei man sagen muss, das mehr 'Power' nicht unbedingt die Sende/Empfangsleistung verbessert. Denn irgendwann wird das Signal so unsauber, dass da nur noch Noise ankommt. Das dann allerdings superstark! :D
