Hi,

Ich habe mir einen FTP-Server mit vsftpd aufgesetzt und der läuft soweit auch einwandfrei.
Ich habe ihn mit virtuellen Usern eingerichtet aber auch das Lokale nutzer den nutzen könne, nur klappt das mit den Lokalen Nutzern nicht wirklich :confused:

Vielleicht könnt ihr mir ja weiterhelfen, ich währe euch sehr dankbar

Niemand kann gar keine Idee haben. Ist das vsftpd.conf File vollständig ? Was passiert wenn du versuchst als local user ein ftp auf den Rechner zu machen ? Hast du es erstmal mit ftp localhost probiert ?

Virtuelle user habe ich nicht ausprobiert, die Settings die du gelistet hast und die auf meine Konfiguration zutreffen passen.

Ja, die config sollte vollständig sein, ich habe nun eine sample config ausprobiert und mit der anderen config ergänzt. Nun können sich die Virtuellen User immer noch anmelden aber die Lokalen immer noch nicht.

Was passiert wenn du versuchst als local user ein ftp auf den Rechner zu machen ?
Was meinst du genau damit?

Ja, ftp localhost habe ich auch probiert ebenfalls erfolgslos.

Könntest du evtl. die config mal ein bisschen genauer anschauen?

Ja. Nützt aber nichts da ich den Sourcecode von vsftpd nicht kenne ;-)

Mit was passiert genau will ich wissen wie genau du versuchst dich anzumelden:
per ftp auf deine vom Internet aus erreichbare IP ? Vom lokalen LAN aus ?
Welche Fehlermeldung (im Wortlaut !!! dass man das immer wiederholen muss ....) kommt wenn du versuchst als lokaler Nutzer einzuloggen ?

Ich kenne mich nicht aus, ist nur ein Tipp warum von denen die sich auskennen sich hier niemand gemeldet hat.

Also ich hab das nur mal ganz kurz getestet (Config ist noch in der Firma). So wie ich das gesehen habe muss man ja auch das pam modul für vsftpd noch anpassen. Ich bin für mich zum schluss gekommen das man entweder oder haben kann, nicht aber beides zusammen. Wieso machst du für die lokalen Benutzer nicht einfach je einen virtuellen User den du dann auf den lokalen mappst?

Also ich versuche mich übers lokale Netz anzumelden sprich über das LAN.
Die genaue Fehlermeldung ist "Login incorrect"

Das pam Modul habe ich so angepasst damit es mit MySQL funtkioniert.
Das Problem ist:
[CODE]local_root = /var/ftp/$USER[CODE]
Da wird den Usern ein festes Verzeichnis zugeordnet, ich will nun aber ein Benutzer der auf /var/www zugreifen kann, also dachte ich ich nehme einen Lokalen Benutzer und gebe ihm das Home-Verzeichnis /var/www

Wie meinst du das mit dem User mapen? Könntest du mir das evtl. noch ein bisschhen genauer erkären?

Das währe noch eine Idee
Könntest du mir noch ein Beispiel geben wie ich mount --bind in der fstab eintragen muss?
