Hi Leute,

habe heute Postfix neu aufgespielt und er will einfach nicht starten :



:/etc/postfix# postfix start
postfix/postfix-script: starting the Postfix mail system




postfix check
:nichts:



:/etc/postfix# postfix reload
postfix/postfix-script: fatal: the Postfix mail system is not running


Keine Ahnung, was ich hier noch posten oder machen soll...

Wäre nett wenn ihr mich unterstützen könntet.

Es läuft kein anderer Dienst auf dem Port 25 O_o jedenfalls sollte es keinen geben.

Wenn da steht "Address already in use" - dann stimmt das meistens auch. Was sagt denn lsof oder netstat zu dem Thema? Oder ein ps -fe?

Hmm Sendmail fällt mir auf.. aber den hab ich runtergeworfen und gestopt war er auch :-/ warum auch immer aber er geistert da noch rum. ich versuch das ding mal zu killen, vielleicht geht es dann.

exim4 deinstallieren, auf deinen Debian 4.0 läuft schon ein Mailserver ...
