Festplattenfehler - von Einzel-Platte auf RAID1 umgezogen

Hallo liebe Linux-Gemeinde,

Hab am Wochenende auf meinem Server ein Software Raid-1 mit zwei WD Raptor 150 GB Platten eingerichtet und umgezogen.
Vorher war mein Linux nur auf einer 320 GB Seagate Festplatte installiert. Habs so hinbekommen, dass der Server
von der Seagate-Platte den Grub lädt, und von dort das Debian-System auf den Raid-Platten bootet.

System: Debian 4.0
Kernel:2.6.23.8

Platten-Konstellation:

sda -> 320 GB Seagate Barracuda

sdb -> 150 GB WD Raptor
sdc -> 150 GB WD Raptor

md -> Raid1 aus sdb und sdc

Ziel soll irgendwann sein, die Seagate-Platte abzustecken und die Raptor-Platten auf sda und sdb zu bringen.

Hab den Grub auch auf die Raid-Platten installiert.
Wenn ich die Seagate-Platte abstecke, erscheint Grub wie gewollt, aber der Bootvorgang stoppt irgendwann mit einer Kernel Panic....

Das ist jetzt nicht unbedingt mein Problem, der Server läuft auch so, zwar nicht optimal aber das kriege ich schon irgendwie hin.

Hab heute morgen als ich ins Büro gekommen bin die Meldung im Anhang gesehen und würde gern wissen was das Problem ist...
Der Server funktioniert eigentlich tadellos auf den Raptor-Platten.

Vielleicht kann mir jemand sagen, was die Meldung bedeuted?
