Nvidia Modul

Hy,

ich habe folgendes Problem, bei dem ihr mir hoffentlich helfen könnt. Und zwar versuche ich den Nvidia Treiber 1.0-9975 auf meinem System zu installieren.
Das Installationsprogramm bricht allerdings ab, mit der Meldung "Unable to build nvidia module!"

Anbei die Installer-Log.

Ich bin mir jetzt nicht ganz sicher, ob ich dich richtig verstanden habe. Auf jedenfall ist die oben angehängte nvidia-installer.txt die Datei /var/log/nvidia-installer.log.

auf die Frage, ob Du einen Kernel von der nvidia-Homepage runterladen möchtest, musst Du mit NEIN antworten.

PS: warum nimmst Du keinen aktuellen Treiber??

Der Tipp mit dem aktuellen Treiber war Gold wert. :)

Habe mir den Treiber 100.14.23 heruntergeladen, welcher auch problemlos installiert wurde und auch einwandfrei funktioniert.

Komisch, dass mir die Nvidia Website für meine Grafikkarte den anderen Treiber vorschlägt. Naja, auf jedenfall ... Problem gelöst ... Vielen Dank für deine Hilfe.
