Asus Z53 und suspend,acpi u.s.w.

Hi,
ich habe folgendes prob. ich besitze ein asus z53sc und hab suse 10.3 inst.
Nun ist mir auf gefallen wenn ich es anschlate und er ist hoch gefahren, kann
es sein das suspend to disk oder auch die anderen optionen in kpowersave grau sind.
Mach ich nun einen neustart, ist es meistens wieder da. Aber das auch nicht immer.

Weiß jemand rat?

Ist in einem Fall grau hinterlegter Einträge asus_acpi geladen?

lsmod | grep asus
Ansonsten werf mal einen Blick in's bootlog oder vergleiche mal die bootlogs je eines gelungenen und 'misslungenen' Starts ;)

Ich bin deinem tip gefolgt, habe festgestellt das weder beim gelungenem start asus_acpi noch beim misslungenem start geladen wurde. Aber in der bootlog habe ich folgendes endeckt.

Und zwar fehlt bei misslungenem der eintrag "Starting powersaved:". Konnte sonst aber keine errors oder sontiges finden.

Hallo !
Ich habe auch einen ASUS Z53S
Hatte vor einer Woche das gleiche Problem.
Hab es aber auf merkwuerdige Art beseitigen koennen ^^
Vielleicht klappt es ja bei dir:
Geh in YaST bei Dienste und deaktivier mal powersave bzw. ACPI
Dann starte neu und aktivier diese wieder.
Bei mir ging es danach immer.
Irgendetwas stimmte dort mit der config zum laden nicht...

Ich hoffe das Problem ist dann geloest :)
