Hallo,
ich habe nun seit ca. 3 Tagen Probleme mit meinem Jabber-Server, genau genommen seit einem Neustart. Den ersten kleinen Stein im Weg habe ich schon wieder ausgeräumt. Wie es scheint braucht der ejabberd-Benutzer eine Shell, wie z.B. "/bin/sh"; bei mir hatte er "/bin/false". Nun ist ejabberd auch wieder so weit, dass er mir eine Fehlermeldung anzeigt.
Ich komme so weit, dass ich den ejabberd Serverprozess wieder starten kann über "/etc/init.d/ejabberd start". Leider ist es damit noch nicht getan. Er funktioniert danach immer noch nicht. Tippe ich nun "ejabberdctl start", bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung, mit der ich leider nicht viel anfangen kann:

Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir weiterhelfen den Jabber-Server wieder zum Laufen zu bekommen.

edit: wie es scheint startet der Server nicht, wenn ich "etc/init.d/ejabberd start" tippe, denn versuch ich ihn zu stoppen heißt es nur:
"Stopping jabber server: ejabberd already stopped."
