sudo verhält sich komsich(glaub ich)

Hallo ,
erstmal ein frohes Fest gehabt zu haben.

Ich habe ein kleines Problem mit SUDO.
Und zwar. habe ich sudo installiert und ein sudoers file angelegt in welchem ein bestimmter user "hugo" einen temporären root (per sudosh) bekommt.

Dies klappt auch der user logged sich zu erstemla ein und tipp: sudo su_root
dann passwort und gelangt in die "root shell".

dann macht er logoff und das ganez noch einmal. Nur diesmal bekommt er kene Passwort abfrage.

Warum? Ich verstehe das nicht und vor allem wie kann ich das ändern?
