Hallo,
ich habe mir heute OpenSuSE installiert (XGL+Beryl+GNOME). Funktionert alles wunderbar, bis auf den Sound. Ich hab ein MSI K8N Neo4-Platinum Board mit AC97 7.1 Chipsatz (CK804). Wird von SuSE auch als solches erkannt. Der GNOME-Lautstärkeregler neben der Uhr zeigt auch nicht "Ton-Aus" oder ähnliches an (Kann dort zwischen "Nvidia CK804 (Alsa mixer)" und "Realtek ALC850 rev 0 (OSS mixer)" wechseln).
Im PC steht dazu noch eine Creative X-Fi Fatal1ty, die ich zZt mangels Treiber nicht benutzt.
Bin neu mit Linux und ziemlich verzweifelt.
