Linux falsch konfiguriert?

Also ich weiss nich ganz ob das hier das richtige Forum ist... irgendwie hat mein Server probleme mit Cookies und dergleichen

1. Bei Foren
bei der installation vom WBBLite oder beim login bei phpbb2 kommt eine weisse seite mit einer 1

2. Beim einloggen in phpMyAdmin mit dem "Cookie"anmelde system kommt auch eine weisse seite mit einer 1

3. Bei irgendwelchen seiten mit adminbereich schlägt immer der login fehl bzw. kann man sich gar nicht registrieren weil angeblich immer der sicherheitscode falsch ist obwohl er richtig eingegeben ist

-> Apache2 gestoppt
-> XAMPP raufgemacht

->Problem besteht weiterhin

Woran kann es liegen? Bitte um hilfe!!!

Schau mal in die Apache-Logs, wahrscheinlich steht da was zu dem Thema drin.

Edit: Die dateien sind Tatsächlich nicht da, kann es daran liegen?

Naja, das heisst nur, dass einer Versucht hat, confixx aufzurufen, das unvollständig installiert ist.
Lösch' mal das log mit "echo ""> /var/log/apache2/error_log" (wenns bei dir anders heisst, anpassen), rufe eine der Seiten auf, die nicht gehen (phpMyAdmin z.B.) und schau' dann nochmal ins log.

Nichts, einfach nichts.
Ich habe aber schon etwas mehr gegooglet und bin zu dem Ergebnis gekommen das es durchaus an der php.ini liegt. Aber komischerweise klappt es ja mit WAMPP sprich einer anderen ini auch nicht. -> Server neu aufgesetzt und... IMMERNOCH. Mmh ich werde wohl beschwerde beim Anbieter einlegen müssen, da ich nicht bereit bin weiterhin für einen Server zu zahlen der meine Scripte und Foren-Scripte nicht unterstützt. Danke für die Hilfe aber ich denke es liegt am Anbieter da ich schon alles versucht habe bleibt mir nur noch der Weg mich bei meinem Hoster zu beschweren bzw. anzufragen wo das Problem liegt.
