Hallo

ich habe auf meinem Server Suse 10.0 installiert der als Router und als Samba
Server arbeitet. Es sind mehrere Netzwerkordner vorhanden die freigegeben sind, und auf alle kann ich zugreifen. Aber es ist einer dabei auf den ich nicht schreiben kann in der smb.conf hab ich auch mal von einem anderen Ordner die Zeilen Kopiert und für den Ordner Verwendet aber klappt trotzdem nicht hier mal die datei

Welcher Ordner ist das, auf den du nicht zugreifen kannst. ## Share disabled by YaST bedeutet das YaST den Share, aus welchen Gründen auch immer, deaktiviert hat. Eine Fehlbedienung von YaST liegt nahe. Wie hast du den Samba Server konfiguriert? Über einen Editor deiner Wahl oder YaST?

Grundsätzlich ist alles wo ein "#" davor steht auskommentiert und wird somit beim Start des Servers nicht beachtet.

Welche Ordner funktionieren denn nicht?

Ich habe den SambaServer großteils über rechtsklick auf den zu freigebenden Ordner Freigeben gemacht
Workgroub .... hab ich über YAST gemacht

Wenn dein Share "sonstiges" funktioniert, kopier doch einfach diese Einträge aus der smb.comf in dein Share "dateien".
Dann natürlich als root

Ja des überschreiben hab ich getan.
nur hatte nicht den den 2. Code verwendet
habe ich jetzt getan, allerdings kann ich jetzt nichtmehr von einem Client auf den Server zugreifen.
wollte dann über das Kontrollzentrum - Internet&Netzwerk auf Samba
da hat er mich dann rausgeschmissen und es kam der KDE Crashmanager über die Rückverfolgung kamm dann dies

Nein, neu installieren funktioniert meist nur bei anderen Betriebssystemen. ;)
Dass ein Programm auch unter Linux mal abstürzt kann durchaus vorkommen. Nicht verzweifeln und einfach nochmals probieren.

Du könntest aber auch mal mit System dahinter gehen:
Entscheide dich für ein Tool zum Bearbeiten der smb.conf --> YaST, Kontrollzentrum, Konqueror Plugin, Editor oder SWAT. Nicht alle auf einmal!
Fang mit einer neuen smb.conf an, die nicht noch allerlei Altlasten von diversen Experimenten enthält.
Beschreibe hier was du machst und was du damit erreichen willst.
Beschreibe ebenfalls was du davon erreicht hast und was nicht.
Wenn du eine Antwort oder eine Beschreibung aus dem Forum erhältst, halte dich genau daran und frag nach wenn etwas nicht klar ist. Niemals Befehle ausführen von denen du keine Vorstellung hast, was sie bewirken könnten!
Fehlermeldungen immer im exakten Wortlaut posten und auch wo diese Meldung erschien. (Server, Linux Client oder Windows Client)

Niemand sagt, dass es einfach ist. Aber wenn du dir Mühe gibst, werden wir uns auch bemühen dir zu helfen.

Es tut mir leid mit meiner Ausdrucksweise bin mom. allgemein weng durch den Wind.
OK neuer Versuch
Auf jedenfall ich habe jetzt alles von Samba neu Installiert.
Dann hats soweit geklappt das ich von einem Client darauf Zugreifen konnte, nur konnte keinen ordner öffnen.
Hab dann immer zwischen YAST und Kontrollzentrum - Installation & Netzwerk - Samba verschiedene einstellungen ausprobiert aber wurde nicht besser, also ich kann die Freigegebenen Ordner sehen aber nicht öffnen. Allerdings die Ordner wie Profiles, users, groups, kann ich drauf zugreifen, also sehe von einem Client die Datein darin.

Ich bin immer einer Der möglichst viel ausprobiert um sein Ziel zu erreichen.

Das ist grundsätzlich eine Lobenswerte Einstellung. Aber so können wir dir nicht helfen! Wir können deine verscheidenen Gedankengänge nicht nachvollziehen wenn du sie uns nicht mitteilst.
Je mehr du probierst desto mehr musst du uns auch mitteilen.

Samba- Probleme sind erfahrungsgemäss sehr schnell zu lösen, aber zuerst müssen wir wissen was das Problem ist. Und das versteh ich zumindest momentan weniger als am Anfang.

Ich werde mich jetzt daran halten. Wenn ich jetzt von einem Windows Clienten Auf die Workgroup gehe finde ich nur die Windows rechner, aber keine von den beiden Linux rechner im Netzwerk Ich will keine Kennwörter usw. verwenden sondern ich will ja nach den IP Adressen gehen wie man sieht laut smb.conf. Bin ich dann richtig wenn ich im Kontrollzentrum - Installation & Netzwerk - Samba unter Sicherheitsstufe Benutzer auswähle, also das hatte ich bisher. Und im YAST den Server als Primären Domain Controler angebe ? Meine aktuelle smb.conf

Und gerade eben habe ich auch Festgestellt das wenn ich im Konqueror smb://192.168.1.1 eingebe
kommt diese Meldung

Die Datei oder der Ordner smb://192.168.1.1/ existiert nicht.

Beim Daemon Bekomme ich bei beiden Statusabfragen die Antwort Run

allerdings bei der Firewall kenn ich mich nicht aus is mir zu hoch.

Nun, Die Firewallkonfiguration durschau ich ehrlich gesagt auch nicht wirklich. Aber wenn du den Rechner nicht erreichen kannst liegt dies oft an einer Firewall. Versuch es mal probehalber ohne:

Kanst du den Rechner nun über Samba erreichen? Wenn nicht: funktioniert überhaupt ein Ping?

Wenn du den Rechner generell erreichst sollten wir uns an die Feinkonfiguration machen. Dafür solltest du dich nun für ein Tool entscheiden.

Bin ich dann richtig wenn ich im Kontrollzentrum - Installation & Netzwerk - Samba unter Sicherheitsstufe Benutzer auswähle, also das hatte ich bisher. Und im YAST den Server als Primären Domain Controler angebe ?
Hier hast du verschiedene Tools verwendet. Diese Einstellungen währen beide in beiden Tools möglich, wobei sie möglicherweise unterschiedlich heissen. Einen Primären Domain Controller z.B. wirst du für einfache Dateifreigaben nicht brauchen.

z.b. ich gehe von einem Windows Clienten auf Computer suchen dann sehe ich nur die windows pcs, gebe ich aber die namen von einem pc ein also in der adresseliste \\Micha somit komme ich auf die Freigegebenen datein und kann alles so machen. Nur an den Server komme ich garnicht ran.

Dass ein Ping funktioniert heisst nicht, dass die Firewall keine SMB Pakete ausfiltert. Probier es einfach mal um es auszuschliessen.

ich sag nicht dass alle Tools alles können. Aber es besteht die Gefahr, dass ein Tool die Sache auf eine Weise angeht, ein anderes auf eine andere. Wenn du sie mischst könntest du Wiedersprüche einbauen. Wenn dies schon passiert ist, würde ich raten nochmals mit einer neuen smb.conf anzufangen.

Na dann habe ich das wohl irgendwie falsch interpretiert: :cool:

Ich werde mich jetzt daran halten. Wenn ich jetzt von einem Windows Clienten Auf die Workgroup gehe finde ich nur die Windows rechner...

Wie auch immer, die erste Aufgabe ist es nun, den Server für die Clients sichtbar hinzubekommen.

Um nochmals bei "Null" anzufangen könntest Du die Datei "/etc/samba/smb.conf.rpmnew" über die smb.conf kopieren. Somit stellst du den Installationszustand wieder her.
Danach nur noch mit deinem Lieblingstool die Arbsitsgruppe so ändern dass sie mit den Clients übereinstimmt.

Und das konnte ich nicht weil ich in den Untergeordneten ordner nicht das recht gegeben habe das ich da reinschreiben darf nur im übergeordneten Ordner. und da ich dann Yast und übers kontrollzentrum des gemacht habe wird warscheins nixmehr gegangen sein.
