Suse 9.1 bootet nicht

Hallo Leutz

habe Suse Linux 9.1 installiert leider bootet es nicht bekam folgende Fehlermeldung
"Grub loading stage..."
hab dann n bischen im i-net gesucht und n bischen ausprobiert hab aber nix passendes gefunden
außer dass ich jetzt die Fehlermeldung

Grub loading please wait ...
bekomme


hat jemand ne idee an was das liegen könnte

Pentium 2.0 GHz
SCSI 17 GB Platte

Füge in Deine boot.conf vor dem quit mal
setup --stage2=/boot/grub/stage2 (hd0,0) (hd0,0)ein. Evtl. kannst Du auch den install-Eintrag versuchsweise auskommentieren.

Vorher am besten eine Kopie der Datei ziehen...

Die Datei /boot/grub/stage2 existiert?

ja die Datei stage2 existiert

habs in der zwischenzeit aber mal mit lilo probiert - geht einwandfrei :cool:
