Die xine-lib (http://xinehq.de/) ist in der Version 1.1.2 erschienen:



Notes:
The latest version of the xine-lib, 1.1.2, is now available for download.

This release contains several improvements over 1.1.1. Xv support works with
the modular X.org, x86_64 support has been improved, and ffmpeg has been
updated agan (to version 51.1.0). The DVB plugin now supports ATSC, and
RealPlayer 10 is supported. There's also a new post-plugin for those who
like adding noise...

There are three security fixes:
- CVE-2005-4048: possible buffer overflow in libavcodec (crafted PNGs);
- CVE-2006-2802: possible buffer overflow in the HTTP plugin;
- possible buffer overflow via bad indexes in specially-crafted AVI files.

* Fix detection of locale containing a modifier (like "@euro")
* New volume normalization post plugin
* New image noise post plugin (useful for mitigating some compression artifact

* Support for Vorbis-style comments in FLAC files
* Coverity fixes
* Add ATSC support to the DVB plugin
* Make various structures and arrays constant.
* Fix up health check to find libX11 and libXv shared objects even if
devel packages aren't installed (where appropriate). (Ubuntu 47357)
* Fix install problems in case configure was generated by autoconf >= 2.59c.
* Fixed some win32 codec freezes when configured w32-path doesn't exist
* Add support for RealPlayer 10 codecs (from SUSE)

bekomme hier bei den PackMan-Versionen eine Fehlermeldung:

Die libxine.so.1 existiert in den neuen Paketen auch nicht mehr, sondern dafür die libxine.1 usw.

Das ist doch bestimmt ein Fehler, oder?

bekomme hier bei den PackMan-Versionen eine Fehlermeldung:

Dann schreib es den Packmaennern, und mit richtiger Fehlermeldung, also SUSE-Version, wie geupdated, wie versucht zu installieren, etc...

Hier mit PackMan-Fehler zu kommen ist schlecht, die wenigsten PackMänner lesen hier mit...

Wie hast du denn versucht das zu installieren? Über smart hat das update einwandfrei geklappt (allerdings SUSE 10.1).

mit kpackage und eben SuSE 9.1

keine Ahnung, ob es ein PackMan-Fehler ist.

Existiert bei Euch die libxine.so.1 ?

libxine.so.1

Das ist das RPM für die 9.1 mit der Version 1.1.1, woher nimmst du denn die 1.1.2?

Dann wird das schon seine Gründe haben, warum Manfred die 1.1.2 für die 9.2 rausgenommen hat.... ;)
