scheibar ist der auf 600 max freq gelockt- aber ein echo 1700000 > scaling_max_freq verändert nichts.

--> hilft leider auch nichts. ich kann einfach nicht per echo diese scaling_max_freq verändern. ich glaub daran kann das liegen, nicht?

sofern du auch nen 9200er hast, schreib mir ne pm, ich geb dir dir servicetag nummer durch, damit kommst du schneller durch die hotline wenn du denen sagst selber fall...

kleines fazit von mir, ich schreibs heute abend noch detailierter


5 wochen telphonieren mit dell, kostenvoranschlag (waren insgesamt sicher 10 stunden in dieser hotline), notebook hingeschickt, notebook zurück, angeblich repariert (HALLO????? war nur ein kostenvoranschlag, ich zahl das nicht) aber problem noch immer da, mainboardtausch nochmals (`wirklich nochmals??) tauschen, kostenpunkt 1'000CHF + 200 für den voranschlag.

--> kein dell mehr, anders notebook suchen



achja, noch was: ich habe auch mal unter BartPE CPU-Z laufen gelassen und gleichzeitig auf ner harddisk viren suchen lassen - cpu 100% ausgelastet auf 600mhz geblieben auch unter windows

naja bei mir hatte es ja schonmal funktioniert - nur nach dem kernelupdate nicht mehr -.-
hab einen inspiron500m

kompiliere gerade neuen kernel - mal sehen(werde ich heute abend test - dauert bei 600mhz was länger-.-)

Hab das gleiche Problem unter fc5

Gibt es inzwischen neue Lösungsvorschkäge?
An der Hardware kanns eigentlich nicht liegen - unter Windows werden mir die 1,5GHz angezeigt, wenn ich die Energieoptionen auf Desktop schalte...

Versteh davon so gut wie gar nix - bitte helft mir ;D

urks, erinnnert mich nicht. dell konnnte den schaden nicht flicken(??!!).

es lag an der hardware, auch unter Windows PE mit virenscann hat cpu-Z versagt.

habe mittlerweile privat ein notebook gekauft, nicht mehr das geschäftsdell, und zwar ein macbook *freu*

Das muss meiner Meinung nach also am OS liegen - nur wo fängt man da an zu suchen...

Stichwort: "cpufrequtils" vielleicht findet sich da auch was für FC5.

- Im BIOS nachsehen, ob dort die Taktfrequenz fest eingestellt ist
- Sicherstellen, dass der Kernel mit korrekter Unterstützung für den jeweiligen Prozessor kompiliert wurde (Bsp: Centrino vs. P4-M)

dann

- powernowd, cpufreqd etc. stoppen
- verfügbare Regler herausfinden:

cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_available_governors
- momentanen Regler herausfinden:

cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor
- Ober- und Untergrenze für den momentanen Regler herausfinden:

cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_min_freq
cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_max_freq
- Regler auf userspace:

echo userspace >/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor
- Taktfrequenz hochsetzen:

echo 1800000 >/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_setspeed
hier natürlich einen unterstützten Wert eintragen ! Die unterstützten Werte bekommt man mit:

cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_available_frequencies

wenns damit funktioniert, dann würde ich mir mal die Konfigs von cpufreqd bzw. powernowd ansehen !

Ist ein Acer Aspire 2020 mit Centrino 1.6GHz.
Weiss das jemand? Wieviel wäre normal für den Prozessor?

Habe das gerade mit Knoppix geprüft. Da bekomme ich auch diese Anzeige. Vermutlich sollte ich mal den Kernel updaten...
