System Freeze nach Xserver stop

Seit einiger Zeit ist es bei mir so, dass mein System beim Restart oder Beenden des xservers (xorg 7.0) einfriert.

Ich verwende folgenden Ati-Treiber:

Distri ist Arch Linux mit nem 2.6.15.4er Kernel. Grafikkarte ist ne Radeon 9700 mobile.
Ich verwende fluxbox als WM und keinen Loginmanager. Hat jemand ne Idee, wie ich das Problem loesen kann?

hmm, friert das System wirklich ein, oder braucht es nur sehr lange?

Du solltest vielleicht auch mal die komplette "xorg.conf" posten

Es friert nicht komplett ein, aber der Monitor bleibt schwarz. Es ist moeglich per ALT+STRG+ENTF das System neu zu starten, aber der Monitor bleibt dabei die komplette Zeit schwarz.
Das selbe passiert auch, wenn ich versuche das System aus suspend2disk wieder zu resumen.
Ich haeng mal die xorg.conf an.
