Half-Life 2 + Source Games: Keine Schrift

Hallo

Ich habe wie schon im Titel steht keine schriften wärend dem Game sowohl im Hauptmenü.Und das bei allen Source Games, die ich über cedega versionen emuliere.
Bei Counter Strike 1.6 leuft alles fein.

Wenn ich ein Source Game über Steam starten möchte, steht meine Grafikkarte wäre umbekannt, ich benutze eine Geforce FX 6200 Go TB.
Als ich mit meinem kubuntu 5.10 mal die Drivers über Apt-get geladen habe, lief alles wunderbar sprich ich hatte schriften, leider musste ich mein kubuntu reinstallen, da wollte ich die drivers wie üblich über apt-get installen, was jedoch nicht ging, darauf hin hatte ich die Ofiziellen nvidia treiber mit ein wenig mühe installieren können. Die Treiber Version ist 1.0-8178.

Ich weiss nicht, was ich sonst noch an infos geben könnte, hier mal meine xorg.conf:

Hi,
hatte neulich das gleiche Problem. Meine Lösung war: Bei Cedega 5.x sollte man in der Configuration Profile bei
"Freetype and XRender" einen Haken setzen.

hat leider auch nicht geklappt...liegt wohl irgendwie am nvidia driver ?!

Nachdem du ja scheinbar "Mühe" hattest die Treiber zu installieren, könnte es wohl sein, dass da irgendwas nicht stimmt (auch wenn die Xorg.conf gut aussieht).

Wo genau waren die Schwirigkeiten beim Installieren? Hatte apt-get einen Grund genannt warum es nicht geht?

NVIDIA-Treiber geht doch normal (relativ) einfach:
treiber von der page holen - x-server schließen (init 3) - ./nvidia-xxxx ausführen - fertig

die Kernel-header hast du aber schon, oder hast du ein precompiled kernel-modul verwendet (mach ich nie, gibt meist auch keins, das ich brauch).
