Guten Abend,
ich hätte ein Problem. Habe mir in der letzten Woche einen AMD64 gekauft, alles schön und gut, habe auf hdb Windows installiert und auf hda Gentoo.
Grub habe ich so konfiguriert wie ich es an meinen x86 früher hatte.
Grub zeigt Gentoo und Windows an, wähle ich Gentoo aus wird alles sauber geladen, wähle ich aber Windows aus zeigt mir Grub die Meldung:
map (hd0) (hd1)
map (hd1) (hd0)
makeactive
chainloader +1
Unrecognized command:
GRUB GRUB
an und rebootet. Hatte früher schonmal das Problem und es wurde mir hier im Forum geholfen, nur zeigt der Thread diesmal keinen Erfolg.

Der einzige Weg meine Windows Platte zu booten ist derweil via Bios, aber das find ich nervend.
Hier sind zwei wichtige Auszüge:

/dev/hda2 6 255 2008125 82 Linux Swap / Solaris
/dev/hda3 6336 24321 144472545 83 Linux
/dev/hda4 256 6335 48837600 c W95 FAT32 (LBA)
Partitionstabelleneinträge sind nicht in Platten-Reihenfolge
Platte /dev/hdb: 80.0 GByte, 80026361856 Byte
255 Köpfe, 63 Sektoren/Spuren, 9729 Zylinder
Einheiten = Zylinder von 16065 × 512 = 8225280 Bytes
Gerät boot. Anfang Ende Blöcke Id System
/dev/hdb1 * 1 9728 78140128+ 7 HPFS/NTFS
