Problem mit OpenOffice.org Datei

Ich kann ein mit OO.org erstelltes Tabellendocument nicht mehr öffnen. Das Dokument hat sich vorher ohne Probleme öffnen, bearbeiten und wieder abspeichern lassen. Nach einem erneuten Versuch es zu öffnen erhalte ich folgende Fehlermeldung:


Leseproblem.
Formatfehler in Teildokument content.xml an Position 2,5966 (Zeile,Spalte) in der Datei entdeckt.

Das Document ist einmal auf CD-RW und einmal auf Festplatte vorhanden. Es ergibt sich aber jeweils die gleiche Fehlermeldung beim Öffnen. Die Dateiendung lautet .ods und ich habe es auch schon mit koffice und gnumeric versucht, aber leider vergeblich. (nicht unterstütztes Dateiformat)
Ich verwende OpenOffice.org in der Version 1.9.79-9 mit SuSE9.3.
Das Dokument ist betrieblich sehr wichtig für mich.
Gibt es eine Möglichkeit da noch etwas zu retten.

Hallo,

hmm, ich würde es mal mit der aktuellen, stabilen Version von OOo versuchen (AFAIK mittlerweile 2.0.1). Ansonsten kannst Du die Datei ja auch mal mit einem normalen Editor öffnen, wobei aber wohl gewisse XML-Kenntnisse vonnöten sind.

Wenn ich versuche die Datei mit KXML Editor zu öffnen, erhalte ich:

und bei KVim gehts in Zeile 2 nur bis:

Ich werd's dann mal mit ner neuen OOo Version versuchen, aber das dauert, bei uns gibt's kein DSL.:mad:

Ich habe die OOo Version 2.0.1 fehlermeldungsfrei installiert.
Aber beim Öffnen der Datei gab's wieder die gleiche Fehlermeldung.

Habe ich noch Möglichkeiten da etwas zu retten?

Entpacke die Datei mit unzip und zieh dir den Inhalt mit einem normalen Texteditor aus dem XML-Files, den du brauchst.

Wie steve-e so richtig schrieb;
1. Entpacken der *.odt-Datei mit unzip
2. Öffenen der content.xml Datei mittels eines Texteditors (nicht KXML oder einem anderen XML-Editor, da dein Dokument kein wellformed XML mehr ist und die alle das öffnen verweigern dürften).
3. In die Zeile 2 und die Spalte 5966 gehen.
4. Dort wirst du ein Attribut der Form Schluesselname="Wert" finden. Das Problem warum die Datei nicht geöffnet werden kann ist, dass dieser Schluesselname innerhalb des gleichen Tags mehr als 1x vorkommt. Also einfach Schluesselname="Wert" (also beides, den Schluesselnamen und den Wert inklusive der "") loeschen oder einfach den Schluesselnamen ändern (z.B. vonb Schluesselname zu SchluesselnameIgnoreMe) und speichern.
5. Die content.xml entweder wieder zurück in das Archiv schieben und die vorherige Version mit der geänderten ersetzen (du könntest nun auch einfach die content.xml in oo2.org importieren, wobei allerdings deine Styles verloren gehen würden) und nun sollte es gehen das Teil zu öffnen.
6. Zukünftig die Datei mit der stabilen oo2.org-Version (oder KWord 1.5) bearbeiten ;)
