Hi zusammen,

wollte mal fragen ob jemand ne Anleitung oder ein HowTo hat wie ich die
WPA Verschlüsselung unter Linux/Debian hinbekomme.

Da ich n neues Laptop hab und dort paralell Windows noch her läuft,
dieses aber andauernd bei WEP-Verschlüsselung meine Verbindung kappt,
würd ich gerne auf WPA umstellen.

Leider waren keine aussagekräftigen Threats für mich zu finden.

Wäre nett wenn Ihr mir n paar Tips geben könntet.

Ansonsten rennt die IPW2200 ganz gut :)

Ja, läuft. Das Zauberwort ist "wpa_supplicant". Such mal bei Google nach

so jetzt hab ich ein Problem mit der Ausgabe von wpa_supplicant:

Welche Version des ipw2200-Treibers hast Du denn? Versuch es mal mit der letzten Version (1.0.8 glaub ich). Du benötigst dann aber auch ne neue Firmware.

hab ich beide ganz neu installiert... liefen auch mit WEP
