hi,

ich hab bei mir im lan bind8 am laufen. funzt auch alles soweit. nur ist mir ausgefallen mehr durch zufall, daß er mir domains wie "http://itchy.onlinekosten.de/newsletter/ " einfach nicht auflöst und das geht mir einfach nicht in den kopf.

also möchte ich jetzt wenn das nicht anders zu lösen ist, bind8 dazu bringen, dass er erst selbst versucht die domain selbst aufzulösen und wenn das nicht klappt den dns vom provider anspricht (der ohne probleme o.g. domain auflöst).

dies habe ich auch bereits mit dem eintrag "forwarders" versucht - aber ich glaube da habe ich genau die umgekehrte reihenfolge - also PROVIDER-DNS > wenn nicht klappt > LOKAL-DNS und nicht LOKAL-DNS > wenn nicht klappt > PROVIDER-DNS

also wenn mir einer dabei helfen könnte, wäre ich sehr dankbar.

im folgenden dann noch meine config. danke.

mein provider ist übrigens t-doof und ich setze suse 7.2 prof ein.

Hi,

wenn du nur die Forwards einträgst und das Forward first weglässt dann sucht er zuerst in deinem lokalen Cache un dann bei dem DNS des ISP.

er soll ja nicht nur im cache gucken sondern auch ggf. nicht gecachte anfragen erst selber versuchen aufzulösen.

hi,

deswegen ja die forwarders.

in der resolv.conf

trägst du dann deinen lokalen nameserver ein



z.B.

search mynet.intl
nameserver 192.168.x.x

oder trag sie in der rc.config ein unter yast der macht dann den rest


wenn deine zonen dann noch richtig sind klappt auch die auflösung

wenn nun dein server die adresse nicht kennt z.b. www.microsoft.com :D

(warum sollte er sie auch kennen ?) :D

dann kommt der forwarder ins spiel der dann die dann sicherlich kennt

(forwarder sollte der dns deines isp-providers sein)

was ich gerade noch sehe,

nimm mal den lattenzaun vor forwarders weg ;)

62.140.6.67 is doch keine telekom ip

und dann als auflösung in der host.conf

"order hosts bind"
"multi on"

owohl du auf die hosts bei einem gut laufenden bind nicht bräuchtes
